Each story covers a multitude of themes and attempts to subvert the controlled practice of meaning through abstraction and interpretation. The stories deal with complex human nature, existential struggles, traditional patriarchal systems, prejudice and discrimination, the psychology of fear of society and locales, mythological, historical and fictional parables, as well as the development of a future robotic age and anomalous hypotheses. The stories of the puppet collection are free from the shackles of the traditional definition of storytelling.
