This book traces a detailed history of Nepalese five-yearly missions to China from 1792 to 1906. It also includes all the available mission related 232 unpublished documents preserved in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Royal Nepal Army Headquarters, National Archives of Nepal and National Archives of India. These unpublished documents will be useful especially to the researchers and also to the general readers, teachers and student of history. The quinquennial mission system formed an important and integral part of Nepal- China relations.
